Founder & Director of OnLaw Office
Av. Orjon Nallbati has extensive experience representing clients before all levels of Albanian courts, including the High Court and the Constitutional Court. Specialised in complex civil cases, international commercial contracts, and personal data protection.
Since 2014 he has also served as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Albanian and Italian companies and is co-founder of ITAKA7, a consultancy specialised in privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. He studied law at the University of Camerino (Italy, 2001–2007), is the author of two studies on Italian civil law and works in Albanian, Italian and English.
